I could not have been more pleased with the technical support I received from Michael D at SSL Dragon. I am not technical so I was dreading the process of getting SSL because I figured I would do something wrong. I did – and Michael helped me sort it out in a thorough and timely way, and was very pleasant and professional in his emails the whole time. It was near the end of the day (7pm) too and I was afraid I’d have to wait ’til the next day to finish – but I didn’t! Very professional and helpful tech support. I recommend SSL Dragon highly.
